Job Title: Medical Assistant Location: Traverse City, MI 49684 Shift: Days M – F, 8-hour shifts, 40 hrs/week Duration: 13 weeks contract EMR System: Cerner Weekends: No Holidays: No On Call: No Responsibilities: – Assist healthcare providers in patient examinations and procedures- Record patient medical history and vital signs accurately- Perform basic medical procedures such as injections and EKGs- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service- Maintain cleanliness and organization of medical equipment and exam rooms- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols Requirements: – Medical Assistant with Urology experience- BLS- Medical Assistant certificate Job Type: Contract Pay: $1,100.00 – $1,300.00 per week Benefits: Relocation assistance Medical specialties: Urology Schedule: 5×8 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work setting: Acute care In-person Experience: Medical Assistant: 1 year (Preferred) Urology: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: BLS Certification (Preferred) Medical Assistant Certification (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Traverse City, MI 49684: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
