Our Brandywine Oral Surgery practice is looking for motivated Surgical Assistants to join our amazing surgical team! This is a full-time (hourly, non-exempt) position. Hours: 8am-4pm Monday through Thursday; 8am-3pm Fridays. No Evenings or Weekends Location: 25 Dowlin Forge Rd, Exton, PA 19341 Who you are:xe2x80xaf You are an individual who has developed strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and you have learned how to multi-task without losing your cool. With your positive attitude andxe2x80xafwell-groomed appearance, you work well in a close team environment. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with that with your superior customer service skills, make you an asset to any team. You may have experience in the dental assisting or surgical assisting field. What you will do: Preparing patient for surgery Ensuring all general anesthesia prep has been completed successfully Taking panoramic X-rays & 3D scans Checking all documents for accuracy Ensure solid communication between patient and doctor Monitoring vitals during surgery Passing and assisting for procedures Accurately complete operative report Explaining post-operative care Sterilization of surgical equipment Strict adherence to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and OSHA regulations/procedures Other duties as assigned What we do for you: We offer Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance plans to our full-time employees.
