Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Piedmont Arthritis Clinic Are you a compassionate and organized CMA with 3+ years of experience looking to make a difference in the lives of patients with arthritis and other rheumatic conditions? In this full-time role, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of rheumatologists by providing exceptional clinical care and administrative support to our patients. We are seeking a highly motivated CMA with a passion for patient care and a strong foundation in the following areas: xc2xb7 Clinical Experience: o 3+ years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant o Prior experience in a specialty office setting (rheumatology, gastroenterology, dermatology a plus) o Experience administering subcutaneous injections o Excellent skills in performing basic clinical procedures: vital signs, weight xc2xb7 Technical Skills: o Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software; experience with eClinicalWorks a plus o Excellent computer skills with strong ability to learn new software programs xc2xb7 Communication and Interpersonal Skills: o Excellent verbal and written communication skills for patient education and interaction with healthcare providers o Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues xc2xb7 Additional Skills: o Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and contribute to a fast-paced environment o Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach Piedmont Arthritis Clinic offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including: xc2xb7 Salary negotiable based on experience and certifications ($18-$22 per hour range) xc2xb7 Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, paid time off (no call!), weekends and holidays off xc2xb7 Matching 401k and profit sharing We are a motivated team dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients.
