Flexible schedule Well known, growing aesthetic practice seeks extraordinary certified Medical Assistant to provide the highest-level of care in our busy Medical Spa. Responsibilities include: Escort patients to exam rooms, Assist providers during procedures, Properly care for and clean equipment to ensure OSHA and medical board standards, perform setup, properly clean and restock provider room as required for procedures (ie disposing of sharps kits, wiping down chairs, restocking supplies), maintain well-organized work environment, Provide/review pre/post instructions to patients as directed by providers, Take telephone messages related to clinical questions/concerns and provide feedback/answers to patients as directed by providers, call pharmacy as needed, administer medications if necessary, and manage provider schedules. Job Type: Part-time (3-5 days per week, including 2 Saturdays per month). Room for growth. Experience/Skills: Certified Medical Assistant (MA) license REQUIRED. Phlebotomy/Venipuncture expertise REQUIRED. Previous Aesthetic Medical office PREFERRED. Aesthetic knowledge base a plus. Must be familiar with healthcare scheduling software. (Patient Now or Zenoti EMR experience a plus). Comfortable with technology and working on a computer. Seeking long term relationship. Excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, extremely meticulous, efficient team player.
