Position : Hema/Onc Clinic CMA or RMA Location : Corvallis, OR 97330 Shift : Days (08:00 am-04:30 pm) no weekends Duration : 13 Weeks Weekly hours : 40 hrs PAY RATE(Local) : $30/hour on W2 PAY PACKAGE(Travel)Gross Pay: $1400/Week (Taxable $15/hour on W2 + Non-taxable Stipend $800/Week) DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTIONThe Hematology & Oncology teams at Samaritan Health Services specialize in diagnosing and treating adult cancer patients using chemotherapy, hormonal therapy and biological therapy as well as treating a range of hematologic conditions. We educate patients about their illness, the treatment options and provide supportive care during treatment and into survivorship. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Registered or Certified Medical Assistant (RMA or CMA) required Healthcare Provider AHA BLS required Previous medical back office experience/medical assistant training or completion of a MA/CMA program preferred. Experience in applicable specialty area preferred. Lab/EKG experience preferred.
