Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Enrollment Manager. As the Enrollment Manager, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and enrolling students for our educational institution. You will be responsible for managing the enrollment process, providing academic advising, and ensuring a positive experience for prospective students. Duties: – Develop and implement strategies to recruit and enroll students – Conduct presentations and public speaking engagements to promote our institution – Provide academic advising to prospective students, helping them navigate the enrollment process – Educate students on program offerings, admission requirements, and financial aid options – Collaborate with other departments to streamline the enrollment process and ensure a seamless experience for students – Utilize Ellucian or similar software to manage student records and track enrollment progress – Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of education administration policies and regulations – Assist with organizing and attending recruitment events, such as college fairs and open houses – Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop marketing materials and campaigns to attract prospective students Skills: – Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with prospective students and their families – Experience working with students in an educational setting, providing academic advising or counseling – Knowledge of education administration processes, including admissions, financial aid, and registration – Ability to educate prospective students on program offerings, admission requirements, and financial aid options – Familiarity with Ellucian or similar student information systems for managing student records – Proven ability to recruit students through various channels, including online platforms and community outreach If you are passionate about education and have a strong desire to help students succeed, we encourage you to apply for the position of Enrollment Manager.
