Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing and insurance-related inquiries. Prepare and assist with medical procedures, including injections, wound care, and specimen collection, while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a sterile environment. Educate patients on medication instructions, treatment plans, and preventive healthcare measures to promote overall wellness and compliance with medical recommendations. Collect, label, and process laboratory specimens accurately, ensuring timely delivery to the laboratory for analysis. Maintain medical equipment and instruments in proper working condition, performing regular inspections and troubleshooting as needed. Adhere to healthcare regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA and infection control protocols, to ensure patient confidentiality and safety. Collaborate with healthcare team members, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to facilitate efficient patient care delivery and promote a positive work environment.
