We are adding a Medical Assistant position in our primary care/ family medicine practice at Raymond Redicare. Our private practice is looking for a dynamic and talented MEDICAL ASSISTANT that loves caring for patients, demonstrates exceptional critical thinking skills, and seeks a learning environment where patient care is #1. Candidates with 2+ years Medical Assistant / CMA experience, preferably in primary care are encouraged to apply. Exceptional benefits including healthcare and 401K. Clinical job duties include pre-visit chart prep and planning, updating medication refills, supporting provider lab/test orderings based on office protocols, chart and diagnostics results review, communicating with patients regarding provider recommendations. Daily activities include preparing treatment/exam rooms for patient exams, recording patient medical history, taking vitals, setting up sterile fields, cleaning and sterilizing medical equipment, POC testing and controls, handling of lab specimens, vaccine handling and administration, performing EKGxe2x80x99s, stocking/cleaning of rooms.
