The Project Manager is expected to have a background in laboratory and mechanical retrofit projects.The PM must work in concert with the other parties of the Project Delivery Team. The Project Delivery Team includes other support staff, the Design Build Contractor (DB), Federal personnel, and other customer agency representatives, and other stakeholders.The PM shall have extensive knowledge in commissioning testing and services. The PM shall provide daily progress reports to describe and summarize the activities and progress of the week, highlighting areas of concern, making recommendations for corrective action. The PM shall coordinate the Request for Information (RFI) process.
