The desired candidate will have solid work experience with womenxe2x80x99s health (OB/GYN, L&D, etc), office procedure assistance, and electronic medical records proficiency. Full-time weekdays with occasional weekend and holiday rotation shifts. Training (appx 1-2 weeks) will take place in our Winston Salem clinic. Primary Duties: xc2xb7 Abstract Patient Charts xc2xb7 Clean and Set Up Rooms Between Patients xc2xb7 Blood Draws xc2xb7 Take patient vitals xc2xb7 Room Patients xc2xb7 Chaperone xc2xb7 Assist providers with Procedures xc2xb7 Place Instruments in Auto Clave Area xc2xb7 Open Charts / Flow Sheets in EHR xc2xb7 Enter Lab Orders into EHR xc2xb7 Enter IUI Notes / Dictations xc2xb7 Verify Notes and Images Have ported To Patient Chart in EHR xc2xb7 Medical Scribe when required xc2xb7 Pack Biopsies / Samples For Send Out xc2xb7 Scan CMA Paperwork xc2xb7 Help Answer Incoming Calls xc2xb7 Return Patient Phone Calls/Emails Job Type: Full-time Requirements: 1.
