“`Duties“` – Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records. – Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. – Provide excellent patient care by assisting with examinations, procedures, and treatments. – Assist with coding and billing processes to ensure accurate documentation and reimbursement. – Utilize anatomy knowledge to accurately identify and document patient symptoms and conditions. – Maintain a clean and organized work environment. “`Qualifications“` – Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required or LPN License – Previous experience working in a hospital or medical office setting preferred. – Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding practices. – Proficient in providing patient service and ensuring patient satisfaction. – Ability to effectively communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members. – Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. – Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. – Basic computer skills for data entry and electronic health record management.
