Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) xe2x80x93 Family Care Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Certified Medical Assistant **Sign-On for Eligible New Hires** Work location: 1120 Raintree Circle #120, Allen, TX, 75013 Work hours: Fulltime; 40hrs; Monday – Friday (8am-5pm) Internal Medicine Department highlights: Great Work Environment Collaborative Team Approach Fast Paced Family Care clinic Herexe2x80x99s What You Need High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED) CMA – Current Medical Assistant Certification (REQUIRED) One year of MA experience (PREFERRED) ACLS or BLS upon hire (PREFERRED) Bilingual (English/Spanish) (STRONGLY PREFERRED) What You Will Do Delivers care to patients utilizing the Certified Medical Assistant Process Conducts patient check out, surgery scheduling and post operative calls as primary function of position Communicates with patient regarding test results and plan of care by phone or mail as directed by physician Provides for patient safety and protection of patient privacy rights Ability to multitask May work in the front office as needed May perform other duties as assigned by practice manager, more senior staff, or as requested by healthcare provider(s) Additional perks of being a Texas Health employee Benefits include 401k, PTO, medical, dental, Paid Parental Leave, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, Student Loan Repayment Program as well as several other benefits.
