Seva Medical is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our thriving medical practice. The successful candidate will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for patient care, while working remote. Primary Responsibilities: Record patients’ medical histories, symptoms, and other pertinent information Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and treatment options Maintain accurate and complete patient records Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Respond to communication including phone calls, emails, faxes and electronic communication in a timely manner Ensure referrals are successfully, sent, received and completed. Follow up as needed with referral partners.
