Fast-paced, busy OB/GYN office looking for a detailed-oriented and dependable CMA. Must have strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. OB/GYN experience preferred but not required. Job Responsibililties: Escort patients into exam rooms Taking and recording vital signs, health history and chief complaint Perform venipuncture Prepare pathology specimens to be sent to laboratory Assist physician with patient exam or with minor procedures Sterilize surgical equipment Clean and stock exam rooms Maintain inventory of medical and surgical supplies Triaging patient phone calls Experience working on an electronic medical records program As a member of Lifeline Medical Associates, a competitive comprehensive benefit package will be offered.
