Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

We are a busy and highly respected Rheumatology practice in Northern Baltimore County. We are seeking a certified medical assistant to expand our high functioning team. This person must be highly energetic and detail oriented. A desire to learn about the complexities of rheumatology is a must. This role supports clinicians and patients while working closely with other departments in the office. What we are seeking: Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience Proficient with phlebotomy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively among several teams EHR experience (NextGen experience highly desired) Ability to create a positive patient experience in an extremely busy environment Physician office lab experience is highly desired – Chemistries and Hematology Flexibility with shift scheduling between the hours of 7:15am and 5:30 pm We are unable to consider new grads or candidates that are not certified or registered.
