A day in your life as a Medical Assistant: xc2xb7 Back-office MA duties including phlebotomy xc2xb7 Anticipate and address patient needs, develop and maintain positive relationships with others, demonstrating ongoing enthusiasm and commitment to work assigned xc2xb7 Ability to maintain organization and complete tasks on-time. xc2xb7 Call in prescriptions, patient call backs, perform blood draws, prepare procedure room for physician xc2xb7 Scan all appropriate documents into electronic medical records, obtain required signatures on medical and financial documents xc2xb7 Participate in company training and team building activities including webinars and meetings xc2xb7 Maintain HIPPA standards confidentiality of patient information xc2xb7 Follow policies and procedures What do you need to be successful? xc2xb7 Certified Medical Assistant; Wellness or Naturopathic experience preferred but not required xc2xb7 Motivated self-starter who works effectively in a team environment xc2xb7 The ability to efficiently manage time, stay on task and take accountability for errors. xc2xb7 Good communication, time management, and organization skills are essential xc2xb7 Basic computer knowledge-Microsoft Office products and other software programs Pay & Benefits: xc2xb7 Pay: $20-24/hr xc2xb7 Health Insurance package- 60% covered xc2xb7 Unlimited PTO/Vacation, Paid Holidays xc2xb7 4 day work week T-F Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Medical specialties: Primary Care Schedule: Day shift No weekends Work setting: In-person Application Question(s): Can you pass a Background check?
