Being fun to work with is required. Our CMA’s function at the top of their scope and are typically responsible for the following: Assembling supplies and equipment needed for the day Assisting Physicians and other team members during patient visits and procedures Documenting in Electronic Medical Record System Delivering excellent patient care and overseeing patient flow throughout the day Supply and inventory management Instrument cleaning/ sterilization Prior Authorizations Prescription Management Other duties as needed Qualifications: Certified Medical Assistant in Washington (Required) High School Diploma or equivalent BLS certification Competency and familiarity with electronic medical records Understanding of HIPAA guidelines and rules Preferred: ASC, ER, OR experience 2 years of CMA experience preferred Skills: Outstanding customer service skills Attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload Ability to thrive in a team environment Excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple procedures, patients and schedules Benefits: Flexible 4-day workweek Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits 401k plan with employer match Discounted or complementary staff treatments Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Annual reviews with potential for merit increases and profit sharing 100% employer-paid life coaching, wellness benefits and other perks We look forward to speaking with you about how a career at Clinic 5C can help take your life to the next level!
