Position Responsibilities : This position is for Certified Clinical Medical Assistants. Job description: Primary job description working with the Doctors with data entry. This position also include greeting patients and escorting patients to exam rooms, preparing for physician’s visit by obtaining initial information and vital signs. Checking patients’ medical records to pertinent data. Inspecting exam rooms and adequate supplies. Maintaining patient confidentially and complying with all HIPPA rules and regulations. This position also includes some work as a front desk float. Checking patients in and out, verifying insurance, taking payments, scheduling appointments. Reviewing and maintaining current patient information/demographic data. Appointment confirmation calls, helping with scanning and indexing medical records Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Certified Medical Assistant diploma required. One year of prior Medical Assisting experience is required. Reliable transportation.
