“`Duties:- Perform administrative and clinical tasks to support healthcare professionals- Prepare patients for examinations and assist during procedures- Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and other patient information- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing- Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urinalysis and blood glucose monitoring- Schedule patient appointments and manage medical records- Ensure a clean and organized work environment Skills:- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required- Proficient in medical terminology and electronic health records (EHR) systems- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording patient information- Knowledge of medical procedures, equipment, and instruments- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about providing quality patient care.
