About us Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Food usually provided via drug reps (Monday-Thursday) Lively atmosphere “`Responsibilites:“` – Assist healthcare providers in patient examinations and procedures- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse- Administer injections and medications as directed by healthcare providers- Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urine tests- Place/remove IV’s for patient treatments- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records- Perform medical administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality “`Qualifications:“`- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology- Experience in a clinical setting is preferred- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
