The ideal candidate will assist healthcare providers in patient care, ensuring efficient clinic operations. *Responsibilities* – Perform clinical tasks under the direction of a healthcare provider – Prepare patients for examinations and treatments – Administer medications and injections as directed – Record patient information in electronic health record systems – Assist with minor surgical procedures – Conduct patient intake and documentation – Provide patient education on medications and procedures *Requirements* – Certification as a Medical Assistant – Experience in a medical setting, preferably in urgent care or hospital medicine – Proficiency in electronic health record systems – Knowledge of medical coding and billing practices – Strong patient service skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail – Familiarity with dermatology procedures is a plus Job Type: Contract Pay: $1,650.65 – $1,800.43 per week Medical Specialty: Oncology Schedule: 5×8 Monday to Friday Experience: CMA: 2 years (Required) Oncology: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: BLS Certification (Required) Certified Medical Assistant (Required) Work Location: In person
