Travel Medical Assistant Northwest Colorado Health is seeking a Medical Assistant with the passion and skills to deliver high quality healthcare. We have been providing primary healthcare to residents since 2008. Today, you will join a healthcare organization and a staff of 11 providers at four locations, delivering primary medical, dental and behavioral health care to more than 5,500 patients. We need you to: In close cooperation with the provider, the Medical Assistant provides high quality care to patients. Provides consistently high quality care to patients,evaluates the needs of the patients. Able to effectively perform the tasks and procedures required of a Medical Assistant in a primary care clinic setting. Prepares a clientxe2x80x99s medical records for a provider visit by documenting clearly and correctly, assures that the right forms are in the medical record anticipating the needs of the visit. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Completion of an approved educational program for Medical Assisting required (provided by agency). Experience: One year of experience in an ambulatory health care setting preferred. Proven Competency in the Performance of Point of Care tests preferred. The salary range for this full time 40 hour a week position located in Moffat and Routt Counties is $17.09-$24.27 and is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Short-Term Disability, Paid Time Off and our 403(b) Retirement Plan.
