Marketing Manager – REMOTE

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies and managing events to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive lead generation. This role is remote and requires a blend of B2B marketing, creativity, strategic thinking, project management skills, and experienced writing.Key Responsibilities:Content Marketing:Work with the CMO to develop and execute ongoing content marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across various channels, such as blogs, articles, sales or consumer engagement material, website optimization, social media, webinars, videos or emails.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather information and insights for content creation.Work with the CMO and outside digital agency to optimize content, when appropriate, for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.Work with CMO to create ongoing marketing and engagement content for health plan members.Event Management:Plan, organize, and execute company events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including sponsorships, registration, and booth materials.Develop event marketing strategies to promote attendance, engagement, and proper follow-up/ROI.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between event activities and sales goals.Track event performance metrics and prepare post-event reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.Digital Marketing:Work with the CMO to integrate content and event strategies with broader digital marketing campaigns.Leverage social media platforms to amplify content reach and promote events.Assist in managing email marketing campaigns related to content and events.Experience and/or an understanding of SEM and SEO is a plus.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with graphic designers, video producers, and other creatives to produce engaging multimedia content.Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for content and event initiatives.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices both in the health insurance industry and relevant marketing fields.Qualifications:Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.5 years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, event management, or a similar role.Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.Proven ability to plan and execute successful events.Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and SEO best practices.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health insurance paid for by employer.Paid time off and holidays.Annual company trip.
