The Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) is seeking an HR Generalist or Senior HR Generalist to provide support, knowledge, and expertise to the Human Resources division. Specifically, CMAP is looking for someone who can, Effectively utilize CMAPxe2x80x99s HRIS system and Share Point technologyRespond to data requests by running reports, configuring data tables, and preparing reports.Effectively facilitate recruitment functions including scheduling candidate interviews, hiring, pre-onboarding, employee orientation, and benefit enrollment.Conduct and coordinate new hire orientation.Manage a robust annual intern and fellowship processCandidates interested in working in this critical space who have refined organizational and critical thinking skills should apply! Position requirements for HR Generalist, Hiring Range $69,769.35-$85,467.39 Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.At least two years work experience working with employees, administering policies/programs, or serving in an employee facing role.Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics strongly preferred.Position requirements for Senior HR Generalist, Hiring Range $77,087.78 $98,286.78 Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.At least five years work experience working in human resources, with employees, administering policies/programs.SHRM-CP or SHRM SCP credentials preferred as well as experience with HRIS systems and data analytics strongly preferred.
