We welcome all individuals who are 18 and older and who need a non-judgemental and comforting environment. The crisis center provides resources for individuals who need short-term stabilization. The Behavioral Health Crisis Center provides integrated strengths-based mental health and substance abuse assessments: case management assistance, referral, and connection to appropriate community services. Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified nursing assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. As a CNA, you will provide essential support and care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses or other medical professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with their daily activities and ensure their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities: – Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals – Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments – Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff – Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Qualifications: – Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant or completion of an approved nursing assistant training program – Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare setting preferred – Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members – Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment – Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures – Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards We offer competitive pay rates and comprehensive benefits packages for eligible employees.
