We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team! Duties: Room Patients, Take vitals Prep Patients for Procedures Submit orders, referrals, medications, prior auths Prep patient intake, request medical records as needed Answer patient phone calls and voicemails Assist Physicians with in-office procedures Stock and clean exam rooms Skills: – Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation- Familiarity with electronic health record systems Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Medical Specialty: Otolaryngology Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
