Plastic and Reconstructive surgery practice seeking LPNs/CMAs. *Bonus* $2000 for LPNs $1500 for CMAs Paid after 6 months/ 1 year of employment We are a very large Plastic and Reconstructive surgical practice seeking the right candidate for full time employment. With many offices located throughout NJ/NY and PA, the right candidate must be flexible and willing to be part of a great team, in a fast paced environment.We offer a very comprehensive benefit package with competitive salary. Responsibilities of this position requires the LPN/CMA to be competent in hands on, direct patient care. Must have EMR knowledge for accuracy and completion. Must have responsibilities to their fellow co-workers, and be a team player. The LPN/CMA must also prepare EMR/charts for surgical procedures and work closely with the physicians to assure continuation of care. Must be able to review and order lab testing ,and demonstrate good documentation and communication skills with patients and hospitals. xc2xb7 Maintain professional interaction with all encounters xc2xb7 Arrive to the office scheduled 30 minutes prior to hours to prepare the rooms for the day xc2xb7 Hands on patient care as directed by MD/PA xc2xb7 Stock rooms, monitor expiring inventory and discard, if necessary, order supplies off ENVI when needed, end of month inventory count when assigned xc2xb7 Disinfect reusable instruments as needed xc2xb7 Prepare for the day of office hours by reviewing patients on the schedule, print any diagnostic results (pathology, Radiology, office notes from other providers, etc.) that may be needed xc2xb7 Room patients, open note, complete MIPs, medical history, update medications and allergies, and update medical history prior to being seen by provider xc2xb7 Chaperone provider in room, complete EMR while in the room with provider, open surgical slip if necessary and review with MD to complete, print scripts, return to work/school notes xc2xb7 Run patient list at end of hours with team xc2xb7 Assist Primary Clinical Team member with retrieving PATs, medical clearance, and anything else needed to prep patient for surgery xc2xb7 Answer patient phone calls xc2xb7 Communicate any office or patient concerns to Lead or Primary Team Member Benefits: Competitive Salary commensurate upon experience Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Long-Term Disability insurance 401k and Profit sharing Paid Time Off Mileage Reimbursement Contribution to Health Benefits Company Discounts on Products & Services IND1 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Medical Specialty: Pain Medicine Surgery Wound Care Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday No weekends Application Question(s): What are your salary requirements?
